Rotating Shifts:
Day: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely performing manufacturing functions within our extrusion facility, ensuring that quality control measures are met consistently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate equipment and perform tasks in line with site Work Instructions / Safe Operating Procedures
Ensure product quality and packaging standards are maintained and comply with delivery targets
Participate in training to become a multi-skilled team member
Communicate and endorse safety practices,



monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives
Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E;)
ESSENTIAL
Understanding of basic safety principles
Ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of activity across all shifts
Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment
Basic understanding of quality principles
** DESIRABLE**
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with automated machinery
Ability to identify problems and resolve or contribute to resolution thereof
Forklift licence
Experience and knowledge of material handling
Basic computer literacy skills
