The Company is seeking a Head of Performance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, innovation, and performance of a large media team, with a focus on paid search, paid social, display, and wider media. This hands‐on leadership role requires a deep expertise in paid media, particularly in search and social, and a proven track record of leading large teams and multi‐sector client portfolios. The Head of Performance will be a key member of the leadership team, shaping the approach to media across the business and championing automation, machine learning, and AI‐led processes to drive efficiency and impact.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in paid media roles, with a strong background in analytics, attribution, and forecasting. The role demands a strategic and hands‐on approach,



with the ability to set direction and manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust leadership presence, be highly organized, and be able to mentor senior directors while building a culture of curiosity and collaboration. Experience with ad platforms and a background in retail or lead‐gen ecosystems are also essential. The Head of Performance will be expected to manage the department's revenue and growth targets, oversee resourcing, and work closely with various teams to ensure connected performance across the full customer journey.
