About the Role
As we continue to expand across Australia, we are looking for experienced and results-driven
Store Managers
to join our Sydney retail team. Opportunities are currently available across
Castle Hill, Blacktown and Melrose Park
, with placement based on business needs and the successful candidate's location.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone passionate about beauty, retail management and achieving business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
Drive sales growth and achieve store KPIs and targets
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly store performance
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high service standards
Recruit, train,



coach and performance-manage team members
Manage rostering, productivity and labour costs
Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
Oversee inventory management, stock control and loss prevention
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Foster a positive, professional and results-driven team culture
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' retail management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar)
Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics and beauty ingredients
Experience providing skincare consultations and product recommendations
Familiarity with Korean, Japanese or Asian beauty brands is highly regarded
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced retail setting
Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
