We are a growing plastics manufacturing company specialising in high-quality blow moulded products, for food grade products. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, we are looking for skilled Thermoforming operator to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, thermoforming machines
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Operate forklifts safely for material handling and production support
Requirements




Proven experience operating thermoforming machinery in a plastics environment
Valid LF (Forklift) licence (essential)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production plans
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work night shift, if successful you will be trained for two weeks on day shift then move to night.
11pm-7am roster, Sunday to Thursday.
Mechanically minded and can use hand tools.
Can change over moulds and make adjustments.
Can fill out reports relating to quality control.
Must be available for 5 days a week and be reliable
Shift Information
Training will commence on day shift for two weeks, then shift to nights
