Core Advisory Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a Construction Estimator to prepare estimates and internal cost plans for modular, off-site and conventional residential projects from feasibility through tender settlement. You will analyse drawings, undertake quantity take-offs, obtain quotations, develop landed-cost models and provide value-engineering recommendations to support budgets and procurement timelines.
Robust knowledge of Australian standards and construction practices is essential.
