Requirements of the role:
Agency or internal recruitment experience (preferably recruiting in the trades sector)
Motivation and work ethic to achieve superior outcomes
Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market




Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as;Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators and Labourers etc
Develop and nurture solid, long-lasting relationships that build candidate talent pools
Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box!
Ability and drive to assist with account management
Strong administrative skillsto optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
Valid driver's licence and own transport to provide onsite presence when required andattend medical appointments
