About the Role
The Procurement and Quality Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the product and sourcing functions across The Ladelle Group's portfolio of brands.
This is a diverse, hands-on role responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement and quality functions. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards and achieve commercial objectives.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong supplier relationships, solving problems, improving processes and working across multiple projects in a product environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase orders and production scheduling through to shipment.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, trading terms and delivery schedules.
Monitor supplier performance, proactively resolving production, quality and delivery issues.
Quality assurance and compliance, coordinating product testing,



supplier audits and overseeing regulatory compliance.
Work closely with the Product, Design and Sales teams to ensure product specifications are accurately communicated, approved samples are maintained and quality standards are achieved.
Maintain accurate procurement and product data within the ERP system, including purchase orders, product specifications, supplier records and reporting.
Collaborate across Procurement, Product Management, Design, Sales, Logistics and Customer Service to support seamless product delivery and successful product launches.
About You
You are an organised and commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Ideally, you will bring:
Minimum 5 years experience in procurement and/or supply chain.
Supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
Experience coordinating production or purchasing activities.
An understanding of quality assurance and supplier compliance.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Energetic and positive with a 'can do' attitude.
