Centre Manager in Chatswood

Inspire and guide a team of educators to deliver excellence in early learning, aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.
Maintain a safe, caring, and engaging environment for all children.
Build strong, respectful relationships with families, educators, and the wider community.

About You:
Valid Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
Mandatory: Valid Paid
Working With Children Check
(NSW).
Mandatory: Valid rights to lawfully work in Australian.
You are
passionate about working with children
, with a focus on providing meaningful experiences that support their learning and development.
You hold an
ACECQA-approved qualification
in Early Childhood Education (Certificate III, Diploma or above).
You possess a




current HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
qualification.
You have (or are willing to obtain) a
CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 - Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk
qualification.
Two years of leadership experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework is essential.
