The Role
This is far more than "just reception."
You'll become the operational heartbeat of the practice — helping coordinate patients, clinicians, diagnostics, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
Your role will include:
Creating a warm,



professional and highly organised patient experience
Managing specialist appointment workflows
Coordinating patient bookings and referrals
Supporting cardiac diagnostics and device clinics
Managing incoming calls, patient communication and follow-ups
Assisting with digital health platforms and remote monitoring systems
Helping the clinical team stay organised and efficient
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
You'll work closely with:
Cardiologists
Clinical staff
Practice leadership
Referring clinics
Patients and families
