Cuscal is seeking a Manager, Operational Risk to lead the oversight of risk across framework development, advisory, monitoring and governance. You will strengthen risk maturity and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across the organisation.
You'll design and enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework in line with APRA CPS 230, provide risk advisory to business units, and deliver data-driven reporting to executive governance forums.
