Utilities Contracts Manager (ABN Contract)
We're seeking an experienced
Utilities Contracts Manager
to join a high-performance development and delivery environment driving some of the most complex and cutting-edge hyperscale datacenter infrastructure projects in the region. This is an ABN contract role suited to a commercial or contracts professional who thrives in fast‐paced, technically challenging settings and enjoys shaping commercial outcomes across major utilities and infrastructure packages.
Working closely with senior commercial leaders and global delivery teams, you'll lead contract negotiations, manage the full contract lifecycle, resolve commercial issues, and embed best‐practice governance across multiple high‐value work packages. The role offers exposure to cutting‐edge data center development,



rapid decision cycles, and a culture that values initiative, clarity, and commercial rigour.
