The setup
Based in Clayton, on-site Monday to Thursday (remote on Fridays) - close to the business, where this role works best
Reporting into the regional HR function
Supporting both manufacturing and commercial/sales teams
Real autonomy within a lean HR structure

How youll partner
Across the full employee lifecycle, youll deliver end-to-end HR support - both business partnering and HR business services. Youll:
Coach and advise leaders on ER, performance and workplace matters
Drive OD, L&D; and succession planning
Partner on workforce planning, remuneration reviews and incentive programs
Support recruitment,



onboarding and talent development
Lead and contribute to organisational change
Keep us compliant with Australian employment legislation and policy
Improve HR processes and the employee experience

How you thrive
Proven experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role, providing hands-on, end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
Comfortable in a matrix organisation, supporting both industrial/manufacturing and commercial/sales teams
Robust Australian employment relations and legislation knowledge
Depth across OD, L&D;, performance management and incentive programs
The ability to work autonomously in a lean team
A commercial mindset and the confidence to influence at all levels
Exposure to both high-growth and more complex, turnaround-style environments will serve you well here.
