We are a local plastic manufacturer situated in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
We are seeking a hands-on product and quality technician to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-starter, use initiative and works well within a production setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the shipment and delivery of products from production floor to customer, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Reviewing production schedules, analysing workforce utilisation and equipment efficiencies.
Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
Complete quality checks and compliance to set standards in the production facility.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety as well as quality systems.
What you will need to succeed:
Experience in production within a manufacturing industry.
Basic computer knowledge especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Any training/qualifications in quality, logistics and production systems highly regarded.
