We do this by providing testing and maintenance services to the real estate industry for smoke alarms, gas, electrical, corded blinds, and water efficiency to over 300,000 properties across Australia.

About the role
Due to our rapidgrowth, we are seeking multiple highly professional and presentable technicians to join our field services team. We are looking for technicians to install,test, and service9-volt battery powered smoke detectors in residential properties.The successful applicant will work across Sydney so willingness to travel and a love of driving is a must!
The night before each workday, you will receive aschedule on your phone that will assist you in managingappointments for the next day. You will start your day from home to your first appointment, whilst utilising an app to record your process.




No two days will ever be the same! Each inspection can vary between ***** minutes to ensure a property is safe and compliant, whilst travel time between appointments can vary between ***** minutes.
Please be aware travel time to your first appointment can be up to 45-1 hour. There will also be days where you will be required to work in the city.
Key requirements
Have or obtain an ABN (Australian Business Number) and Public Liability Insurance.
Driver's licence and willingness to travel
Present professionally, be well-spoken, and self-driven to work in a fast-paced setting
Be familiar with using modern technology such as tablets & applications
Please note:Safety comes first at Detector Inspector, as a pre-requisite candidates will be required to complete a National Police Clearance and a Pre-employment physical assessment.
