Eastern Health is one of Melbourne's largest public health services. We provide a range of emergency, surgical, medical and general healthcare services and have a proud history of serving a diverse community.
Our Employee Value Proposition is "Being a part of Eastern Health means belonging to a welcoming team of healthcare experts".
This statement aligns with our promise to our communities, patients, consumers and staff that we will be HEALTHIER TOGETHER. Bolder than a vision for the future, our promise calls us to action. We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.
About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an enhanced mental health service for infant, children and youth with a serious mental health illness (aged 0 - 25 years) and their families.

Primary and secondary consultations to other service providers
Providing supervision and support for junior clinicians in the Access Team
Advantages of the role include belonging to an experienced and supportive multi-disciplinary team, regular clinical supervision and regular professional development.
Please note: There is a requirement for some after hours work on Monday or Wednesday evenings until 8pm on a rotational basis.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Current Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Registered Psychiatric Nurse registration with AHPRA; for Social Work, eligibility for membership of AASW
At least five years clinical experience working with children or young people
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as partof a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills; day to day flexibility to meet the demands of a busy front end service
