The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our
Brisbane team
.



This is a hands‐on role where you'll manage end to end recruitment while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates across the food Industry across Australia. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with people, and being out on site as well as in the office this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar & White-collar roles
Screen candidates, complete reference checks and On boarding
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, site requirements
Maintain client relationships across food Industry across Australia.
Support a strong safety culture across all operations
About You
We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box, brings entrepreneurial flair, and thrives in an energetic, quick-paced environment.
Motivated, autonomous, and results driven
Proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management
Persistence, positivity, and perseverance to achieve successful outcomes
Ability to work independently. This role is predominantly autonomous with strong support from other offices
