About the Role
This role provides administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Regional Membership and Partnership Manager in the delivery of AgForce's corporate partnership, sponsorship, and fundraising activities. The role supports the maintenance of partner records, preparation of documentation, coordination of deliverables, and tracking of renewal and reporting requirements to help ensure partnership commitments are delivered effectively.
This is an opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented skilled who enjoys administration, systems, stakeholder support, and working collaboratively behind the scenes to help deliver value to members, partners, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Sponsorship Coordination
Provide administrative support for corporate partnership and sponsorship activities across AgForce Queensland, including major, regional, and commodity-based partnerships.
Support the Regional Membership and Partnership Manager with research, information gathering, and coordination relating to new partnership and sponsorship opportunities aligned with AgForce priorities and the Corporate Partner Strategy.
Assist with partner and sponsor servicing by preparing information,
tracking actions, and supporting delivery of agreed commitments under the direction of the Regional Membership and Partnership Manager.
Prepare and maintain partnership communications, documentation, schedules, and renewal records.
Assist with monitoring and recording grant, fundraising, and commercial opportunities that support organisational sustainability and member outcomes.
Provide administrative support in the preparation of sponsorship proposals, funding applications, and partnership materials.
Support fundraising and commercial activities as directed by the Regional Membership and Partnership Manager.
Events – Sponsorship Administration & Support
Support the administration of sponsorship deliverables for AgForce events, including regional partner roadshows and other related partner activities.
Assist with sponsor, exhibitor, and funding partner communications by preparing information, tracking requirements, and following up agreed actions as directed.
Work with the Head of Commercial and Member Engagement, Regional Membership and Partnership Manager, Regional Engagement and Membership Managers, Regional Councils, Policy Team, and Commodities Boards to support sponsor requirements in event planning and delivery.
Assist with event administration,
logistics, communications, and post-event reporting relating to sponsors and partners.
Partner Records, Reporting and Administration
Maintain accurate partnership, sponsorship, fundraising, and stakeholder records within the Hub.
Monitor partnership pipelines, renewal schedules, and activity tracking.
Prepare regular reports, updates, correspondence, and briefing materials for review by the Regional Membership and Partnership Manager/Head of Commercial and Member Engagement.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure partnership, sponsorship, and fundraising activities comply with AgForce policies, governance requirements, and delegated authority frameworks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and reporting requirements.

Experience in agriculture, membership organisations, events, or regional industries will be highly regarded.
