Where you'll be working
SESLHD is one of the largest local health districts in Sydney, covering a geographical area of 468 square kilometres from Sydney's central business district, the beaches from Bondi to Cronulla and down to the Royal National Park. We deliver health care to around 930,000 residents across the local government areas of Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick, Bayside, Georges River and the Sutherland Shire. We also provide a key role in helping residents of Lord Howe Island. Our staff also deliver high quality health care across a variety of community-based services ranging from pre-birth to palliative care.
The Role
SESLHD is invested in expanding the use of Virtual Health to support the delivery health care for the one million people in the communities we serve. The Virtual Health Program will work across the district to develop, implement and scale models of care to improve access, equity and outcomes for our patients. The Virtual Health Program Manager will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the district, with a core focus on delivering district-wide models that are centralised through the SESLHD Community Management Centre.
The Virtual Health Program Manager leads and manages the delivery of the district's Virtual Health Program to the organisation's standards and ensures the work under its control is completed on time,



on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
