About the Role
As a
Disability Support Worker
, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home and in the community. You will assist with:
Personal care and daily living tasks
Community access and social engagement
Medication support
Emotional and wellbeing support
We have
various positions available across the Gold Coast
, including roles in
Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.

About You
A caring and compassionate nature
– You're patient, empathetic, and a excellent communicator
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Diabetes training & experience (highly regarded)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) & Working With Children Check
Basic computer skills
– Ability to document accurate shift notes and incident reports.
