IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an AI Workforce Planning Solutions Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on providing expert advisory services for complex infrastructure and national security initiatives throughout Australia. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging specialized talent to support significant national programs.

Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000

What you'll do
Collaborate with Commonwealth agencies and industry partners to develop AI-driven workforce planning solutions.
Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions and optimize talent deployment for national security projects.
Design and implement innovative tools and methodologies that enhance workforce planning capabilities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.




Requirements
A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related area.
Strong proficiency in AI and machine learning technologies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skills & tools
Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with workforce management software and AI applications.
Knowledge of national security frameworks and policies is advantageous.
