The Role
You'll work on a wide variety of quality commercial and residential projects, including:
VRF & VRV systems
Split and ducted air conditioning
Package units (PACs)
Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
Ventilation systems
Mechanical and refrigeration pipework
Plant room installations
Equipment upgrades and replacements
Hot water systems under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program
Your Responsibilities
Install,



commission and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical plumbing systems
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
Deliver high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety
Lead and coordinate a team of tradespeople and apprentices
Work independently and collaboratively with the team
Build positive relationships with clients, builders and other trades
Complete job updates using our job management software
Maintain a clean, organised and professional worksite
What We're Looking For
Victorian Registered Mechanical Plumber
Current Australian Driver's Licence and White Card
Commercial and/or residential HVAC experience
Solid understanding of water sourced packaged AC units, VRF/VRV systems, refrigerant pipework and condensate drainage
Ability to work from plans with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pride in your work and a positive attitude
