Maintenance Technician (Welding Equipment)
A leading Manufacturing company that offers
a range of steel reinforcing products & services
to the building and construction industry is on the look out for a Maintenance Technician.
This role would suit a maintenance technician with approximately 1.5–3 years of relevant experience who can perform these tasks independently with minimal supervision:
Key Requirements
Inspect, maintain, and repair welding equipment, welding guns, tools, and production machinery.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing of CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs on CNC machinery, fabrication equipment, and related systems.
Replace worn or damaged components, including welding tips, nozzles,



cables, filters, tooling, and consumable parts.
Assist with CNC machine servicing, adjustments, and breakdown repairs to minimise production downtime.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organised, and protected condition.
Follow company safety procedures and report hazards, faults, and maintenance issues
This role is a day shift position 7am-3pm Monday to Friday.
