AVEDA - Store Manager - Armadale (Limited Tenure)

We are seeking an inspiring and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our Aveda Armadale store. This role is responsible for bringing the Aveda brand to life through elevated client experiences, strong commercial leadership, and the development of a high-performing team.
Leading from the front, you will create a warm, personalised in-store setting where every guest receives expert consultation, meaningful connection, and tailored solutions that support both immediate results and long-term hair and scalp health.You will also play a key role in driving in-store services and rituals, leveraging demonstrations, and experiential moments to enhance the client journey, build loyalty, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a Management role, ideally within prestige beauty, haircare, or wellness
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPI performance (productivity, ATV, conversion)
Strong leadership capability with experience coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
Passion for delivering premium, personalised customer experiences aligned with luxury or high-touch service environments
Experience in clienteling, event execution, and building a loyal customer base
Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, stock management, rostering, and reporting
Alignment with Aveda's values of sustainability, wellbeing, and holistic beauty
Background in haircare, salon, or holistic wellness highly regarded
Flexible availability to work retail trading hours, including weekends and key trading periods
Legal right to live and work in the country
