The Property, Risk & Resilience (PRR) Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to help keep Westpac safe, secure, and ready for the future. You'll gain exposure to everything from workplace and property management to crisis response, business resilience, operational risk, and governance.

Your New Role
The Property, Risk & Resilience (PRR) Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to help keep Westpac secure, secure, and ready for the future. You'll gain exposure to everything from workplace and property management to crisis response, business resilience, operational risk, and governance.

What can you expect as a Property, Risk & Resilience Graduate?
***** month program
2–4 rotations, each lasting 6 months
Exposure to a wide range of teams and business areas
During your rotations, you could:
Support the bank's response to a crisis, incident, or business disruption
Help assess risks associated with major projects and service providers




Contribute to large transformation programs and governance frameworks
Gain hands‐on experience across property, workplace, resilience, risk, and security functions
Work with stakeholders from across the bank and build a broad professional network
You'll also develop valuable skills in:
Communication and stakeholder engagement
Critical thinking and problem solving
Risk and governance
Commercial acumen and decision‐making
Project delivery and transformation
