In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee remediation projects across multiple sites, driving safe, high-quality outcomes while leading crews in the delivery of steel repair works.

Lead the work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources and successful delivery of project works.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise onsite remediation crews across Pilbara project sitesCoordinate labour, equipment and materials to ensure effective project deliveryPerform and oversee structural steel remediation worksWeld sacrificial anodes and complete steel augmentation activities for concrete repairsCarry out structural steel repairs, strengthening and member replacementsComplete repairs and maintenance of protective coating systemsMaintain high standards of safety, quality and productivityTravel to various project locations throughout the Pilbara region

About You

You are an experienced tradesperson with leadership capability and a strong background in remediation, repair and maintenance projects.
