A national organisation in the electrical supply sector is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-potential site and drive commercial performance.
Position Overview
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure strong customer service outcomes. A key focus of the role will be driving sales within the Data & Technology sector by building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, branch teams and other stakeholders. The position requires a commercially minded leader with experience in sales, operations, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer relationships — Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key focus on driving sales within Data & Communications sectors
Team leadership — Provide coaching, direction and communication to build engagement and support performance.
Operational oversight — Manage branch activities to meet or exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
Safety management — Uphold and promote a strong safety culture across all branch operations.
Skills & Experience Required




Electrical wholesale, trades or related industry experience
Experience within the Data & Communications sectors highly desirable
Leadership capability with proven experience in sales or operational environments.
Commercial focus and confidence in negotiation and influencing.
Operational knowledge including supply chain and branch workflow understanding.
People-focused approach with the ability to build a positive and inclusive team environment.
