The Role
We are seeking highly experienced mobile crushing plant operators to be an integral part of our team in Laverton North.
Duties Include
Operate, Manage and Maintain crushing plant equipment
Feed the crushing plant with a *******t excavator




Conduct basic repairs and maintenance tasks on crushing equipment
Providing input into continuous improvement for Safety, Quality and Production performance
Participate in Safety, Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings
Essential Skill Set/Experience
Minimum of 2 - 3 Years' Experience operating mobile crushing equipment that includes a variety of Jaw crushers, Impact crushers, cone crushers, conveyors and screening equipment
Experience in maintaining crushing equipment, including screen changes, wear part replacement, changing out air filter elements etcCommitment to safety in the workplace
Mobile Plant competency tickets
Must be able to work autonomously or in a team environment
Willingness to perform manual labour when required
Willingness to adapt to unexpected situations and reprioritise accordingly
Willingness to follow directives and instructions
Monthly RDO, and more, all supported by a great team!
