Allied Health Administration Officer (Part-Time)
WEmpower is seeking an experienced and organised
Full Time Allied Health Administration Officer
to join our growing team in Port Macquarie.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous allied health administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, participant-focused environment. You'll work closely with our Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, participants, families, schools, and Support Coordinators to ensure our Allied Health services run smoothly while also supporting the wider operations of the organisation.

About the role
As our Allied Health Administration Officer, you will coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions of our Allied Health team while also assisting with participant intake, general administration, and marketing initiatives.
This is a diverse and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring participants receive a seamless experience from referral through to ongoing service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate Allied Health appointments and clinician schedules
Prepare and manage Service Agreements, consent forms, and participant documentation
Process referrals and support participant intake and onboarding
Liaise with participants, families, schools, Support Coordinators, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate participant records within
Splose
Support compliance with NDIS requirements and internal processes
Assist with general administration across the organisation
Support marketing activities, including social media, promotional content, and community engagement initiatives
Work collaboratively with the Allied Health and leadership teams to ensure efficient service delivery
About you
Previous
Allied Health Administration
experience is essential
Experience using
Splose
is highly desirable
Experience within the NDIS or disability sector is highly regarded
Strong understanding of Allied Health administration processes
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to assist across multiple areas of the business
