We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Production Operators to join our manufacturing team and help produce high-quality remanufactured building products.
This is a full time position working a
24/5 rotating roster
across day, afternoon, and night shifts, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery
Conduct quality inspections
Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
General labouring and material handling
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be mechanically minded with an aptitude for operating machinery
Have experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
Possess strong communication skills
Be committed to workplace safety
Be physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Be reliable and able to work rotating shifts




Be willing to complete a employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Our primary focus is the production of Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), widely used in the construction and related industries.
