Data Processing Officer

About The Role
As a member of the Grace Records Management team, you will be providing hands on support on a daily basis to ensure our client contractual obligations are met, working onsite with a major client 38 hours per week at Ashmore.
Prepare physical documentation for distribution.
Scanning of documents on high-speed scanning stations, wide format and flatbed scanners
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Internal rounds for client
Operating a car to deliver items around the Gold Coast
Highlight any issues to management
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have the following:
Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high data accuracy and compliance with quality benchmarks
Proficient in data entry, validation, and quality control using specialised or proprietary software systems
Skilled in interpreting and executing detailed technical instructions with minimal supervision
Capable of identifying, troubleshooting,



and resolving data inconsistencies or processing errors in real time
Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to support seamless workflow integration and operational efficiency
