We are seeking an experienced and curious Data & Performance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our programs, services, and systems. This is more than a reporting role. It is an opportunity to influence decision-making, support innovation, and drive continuous improvement across a purpose-driven organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Data & Performance Analyst, you will:
Collect, analyse and interpret data to identify trends,



opportunities and areas for improvement
Develop insightful reports, dashboards and performance metrics that support informed decision-making
Drive data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with leaders and program teams to evaluate service effectiveness and enhance outcomes
Design and improve systems that support effective data capture and reporting
Automate processes to improve accessibility, accuracy and organisational efficiency
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for a range of stakeholders
Support a culture of evidence-based practice across the organisation
About You
You are naturally curious, analytical and solutions focused. You enjoy connecting the dots between data, people and outcomes, and you are energised by finding smarter ways of working.
You'll bring:
Qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related discipline
Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, program evaluation or a similar role
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as SQL, Python, R or similar platforms
Experience creating meaningful reports, dashboards and data visualisations
A passion for continuous improvement and using data to drive positive change
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
