We are growing and seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic community aged care team across metropolitan Adelaide.
This is an Adelaide Metropolitan Based Position on a Full Time Basis

About the Role
This is a community-based Occupational Therapy position delivering services throughout metropolitan Adelaide.
Working within community aged care, you will support clients across a broad range of functional and therapeutic needs.
The role offers genuine variety across:
Functional assessments
Assistive technology prescription
Home modifications
Falls prevention and mobility support
Cognitive and sensory strategies
Goal-based therapy and capacity building
You will work independently while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Your Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments
Develop individualised, goal-focused therapy plans
Prescribe assistive technology and environmental modifications
Deliver evidence-based interventions within community settings
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
Collaborate with families, carers, and healthcare professionals
Support clients to maximise independence, safety, and quality of life

About You
You are an Occupational Therapist who:
Enjoys community-based practice
Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Works confidently both independently and collaboratively
Is organised and adaptable
Values practical, person-centred care
Builds positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Would be wiling to work Full Time or Part Time (a minimum of 3 days a week if Part Time)
This role is best suited to clinicians with prior community or aged care experience.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience preferred
Current SA driver's licence
National Police Clearance
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Annual influenza vaccination
