Sleepy's are looking for a suitably experienced and highly professional STORE MANAGER to lead our brand new Brendale store on a
FULL TIME
basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Store Owner, this role will see you working across sales, networking, and leading the sales team to maintain a profitable store. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sell sleep!
Your key responsibilities
Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets
Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
General admin, stock and operational duties
Available to work aroster
with full 7 day availability. Expect to work 3 out of 4 weekends.
Skills and Experience
A demonstrated record of success in consultative sales- retail and other industries are welcome!
Team leadership experience
A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales and store management
A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service, and a great experience for our customers
