As a result of strong demand, we have outstanding opportunities for experienced CNC Press Brake and CNC Laser Operators, for an immediate start at our modern engineering workshop at Molendinar. You'll be working with industry-leading Trumpf and Amada equipment, producing high-quality components for a wide range of customers.
We are looking for trustworthy individuals with demonstrated experience and knowledge of laser cutting, folding, punching (or other CNC equipment), along with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities
Setting and Operating CNC machines as per daily production schedule
Working to drawings and Standard Operating Procedures
Quality Checks – Understand precision measuring equipment
Using hand tools eg; Grinders, Orbital Sanders Etc
General housekeeping
Required Skills
Experience in CNC Press Brake or Laser operation would be highly regarded.
The capacity to read and follow standard operating procedures and Engineering drawings.
Sound knowledge of OH&S; and Environmental regulatory requirements.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Forklift licence (highly regarded)
