About the Role
Join a recovery-focused mental health team where you'll help people build independence, confidence and community connection. You'll manage a varied caseload, deliver evidence-based therapy, create tailored recovery plans and work closely with consumers, carers and partner services to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver occupational therapy assessment, intervention and care
Develop recovery plans and facilitate individual and group programs
Manage a complex caseload and support discharge pathways
Build partnerships with consumers, carers and community services
Mentor students and junior staff while driving quality improvement initiatives




About You
You're a compassionate and capable Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative mental health environment and is committed to delivering person-centred care.
Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Skilled in mental health assessment, intervention and care planning
Build strong relationships with consumers, carers and teams
Apply sound clinical judgement in complex care settings
Support students, junior staff and continuous improvement initiatives
