The primary purpose of this role is toprovide quality, customer focused administrative and practical support to, boththe Human Resources Team and the organisation. With a focus on ensuringcompany compliance and the delivery ofPayroll and HR related processes andobjectives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Triage HR related enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
Assist with HR reporting and drafting of HR correspondence.
Manage, track and report on employee compliance requirements.
Record and manage employee records andmaintainsystem information.
Coordinateonboarding andexit interviewsandcasualto permanentconversionprocesses.
Administerrequests forconflict of interestforms,versatile workarrangements, secondaryemploymentand parental leave.
Support Reward andRecognition andotherHR related continuous improvement projects.
Provide support to theManager,Human Resources and Executive,People & Cultureonprojects and common industrial matters.
Assistwith the administration of each stage of the employee life cycle.
About you
Attention to detail, an exceptionalmultitaskerand the ability to work within afast-pacedenvironment are thekeyattributesyou will need to be successful in this role.
Experience providing administrative support (data entry, customer service, preparing reports, drafting letters, records management, preparing contracts).
Entry level experience supporting a Human Resources function.
Provenproblem-solvingskillsand an excellent teamworker.
Qualityand resultsdriven
Strongcommunicationskills,bothverbal and written.
Demonstrated ability tofosterstrong stakeholder relationships.
Excellenttechnology capabilitywith strongMS Office skills.
Ability to calmly coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification or currently studying Human Resources or similar.
Experience in Disability Sector or similar.
HR Compliance experience.
Knowledge of the SCHADS award.
