Harcourts One Group is seeking a confident, capable and motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team based in our Gympie office.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing a residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trades and contractors
Managing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy applications
Ensuring compliance with current legislation and office procedures
Delivering a high standard of communication and customer service
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and committed to delivering results.
You will have:




Previous property management experience (preferred)
A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A professional presentation and positive attitude
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A current driver's licence
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
