The Opportunity
Lindsay Gardens Retirement Living
offers a peaceful retreat on 7 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in sought-after Buderim, just a short stroll from Buderim Forest Park and close to Mooloolaba Beach. As aFood & Beverage Attendant,you'lldeliver excellent dining service,assistwith food preparation, help set up and pack down dining areas and events, and build meaningful relationships that enhance the daily lives of residents.In this role,you'lldo more than serve meals - you'llsupport our residents, foster meaningful connections, and help create a sense of community.
This is a permanent part-time position working Monday - Thursday (10:30am-6:30pm) and Friday (10:00am-6:30pm)
Your Impact
Use the POS system to take orders while providing friendly, attentive, and personalised service to residents
Serve meals and drinks throughout service times, ensuring every dining experience is welcoming and enjoyable
Assistwith light food preparation, including plating meals and preparing straightforward items such as salads
Support the setup and pack-down of events and dining spaces,maintainingclean, organised, and inviting areas throughout the day.

Whatyou'llbring
Previouscustomer service or hospitality experience is desirable, but a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is most important
Friendly, people-focused attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
Strong communicationskills and a genuine interest in connecting with residents
Enthusiasm for working in retirement living and making a positive impact
Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations (required)
