About the Role
Position: Senior Cleaner
Location: Orange, NSW
Employment Type: Full Time or Casual (flexible options!)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of 18 ensuited guest rooms and public areas
Manage and coordinate cleaning rosters to ensure full operational coverage
Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
Prepare regular reports on cleaning operations, inventory, and staff performance
Provide hands‐on support to the cleaning team as required
Uphold health, safety,



and hygiene standards at all times
About You
Previous experience in a similar supervisory or housekeeping role (hospitality experience highly valued)
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and dedication to high cleaning standards
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Comfortable with roster planning, reporting, and inventory control
Able to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
