About the Role
You will be the backbone of our office, handling a wide range of administrative, compliance, and customer service tasks to keep our projects and team running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling of jobs, and customer enquiries
Prepare quotes, invoices, progress claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts
Support tender submissions and project documentation
Assisting with reporting and project close-out documentation
Maintain licences,



insurances, SWMS, and regulatory records
Assist with payroll, supplier invoices, bookkeeper enquiries
Liaise with clients, builders
Support onsite Plumbers
About You
Previous experience in a Operations Administrator, Project Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or Construction Administrator role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience with job management or accounting software- Xero, Neo Intelligence is highly regarded
Knowledge of plumbing/hydraulic compliance and Victorian regulations is a strong advantage
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
