About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organisedPractice / Client Service Administratorto join our growing Accounting Team in Bundall, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and administrative assistance to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Client relationship Management
Provide end-to-end administrative support toclient account managersacross newclient onboarding,current workflow, and ad hoc advice needs.
workflow coordination
client communication ownership
Responding to client inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Managing client files and records to ensure accuracy and organisation
Preparation of client financial documents packages
Dealing with ATO and lodgements
Collaborating withthe accounting and advisory teams to provide seamless client service




Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office
What we're looking for
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar client service or administrative role in the accounting industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Proficient in using XPM, Xero and Microsoft Office suite
A passion for working in a fast-paced, client-focused workplace
A strong sense of urgency, ownership and follow-through, with a genuine desire to ensure clients feel informed, supported and valued.
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenge
