An opportunity has become available for an experienced Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join the team at Brisbane Smile Boutique in Spring Hill.
Brisbane Smile Boutique is a modern, boutique dental practice dedicated to high-end aesthetic dentistry and exceptional preventative care. We have cared for the Brisbane community for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist/Dental Hygienist to join us initially two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), with the opportunity to increase your clinical days as the role grows.
About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to work across both preventative and orthodontic care while becoming an integral part of our workflow.
We're looking for an Oral Health Therapist who has:
Confidence in providing comprehensive preventative treatment
Experience, or a strong interest, in assisting with high volumes of scanning, clear alighter treatments, including placing and removing attachments and retainers
A gentle, thorough and patient-focused clinical approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term patient relationships




You'll work closely alongside and assisting a very experienced dentist. Our practice embraces digital dentistry and delivering outstanding patient experiences.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Minimum 2 years' experience as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist
Current AHPRA registration with appropriate professional indemnity insurance
Full adult scope is desirable but not necessary
Confidence assisting with high volumes of transparent aligner treatments and attachment placement (or a willingness to be trained)
Exceptional patient care and communication skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
A professional, friendly and well-presented manner
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team setting
