The Role
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for producing precision components for custom residential window and door systems. You'll work closely with designers and joiners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high‐quality finishes across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operating CNC routers for timber window and door components
Reading and interpreting production drawings and cutting lists
CNC setup, tooling, and material preparation
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
Quality control of machined components




Routine machine maintenance and general workshop support
Skills & Experience
Experience operating CNC machinery in Timber Joinery preferred.
Ability to read and understand detailed shop and production drawings
Familiarity with Biesse 5 Axis Router or similar preferred)
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Reliable, safety‐conscious, and able to work effectively in a team
