The Role
Our client in the agriculture and berry fruit industry is seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join their blueberry facility team in Mundubbera, QLD. This role involves a combination of forklift operation, cold room logistics, and administrative support within a fast-paced pack shed environment. You will play an significant role in ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and tracking of fruit throughout the facility while maintaining clear communication with management and supporting daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist with the efficient handling and storage of blueberries while supporting accurate stock management and warehouse operations.
Operate forklifts safely within the blueberry facility and cold room areas
Load and unload pallets of blueberries from picking trolleys
Transport pallets into and out of cold room storage areas
Load fruit onto trucks for dispatch
Assist with cold room organisation and stock management
Complete data entry tasks using Excel and site-specific systems
Communicate with management regarding fruit volumes and storage capacity
Maintain safe work practices and a clean work environment
Competitive pay rate of $***** per hour plus penalty rates




Consistent seasonal work for 4 months
Approximately 40 hours per week during peak production periods

Your Skills & Experience
Previous forklift operating experience required
Ability to work safely in warehouse and cold room environments
Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Excel and computer-based systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently within a team
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with management
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
