About the Role
As Centre Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the service while creating a positive and inspiring culture for your team.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a large team of educators and leaders
Creating a high-performing, collaborative,



and engaged workplace culture
Driving continuous improvement and educational excellence
Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework and all legislative requirements
Building strong relationships with families and the local community
Overseeing occupancy, financial performance, rostering, and centre operations
Partnering with your Operations Manager to achieve business and quality objectives
About You
We're looking for a confident and authentic leader who enjoys developing others and creating exceptional outcomes.
You'll bring:
Previous experience as a Centre Manager within a long day care service
A proven track record of successfully leading medium to large teams
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy
Comprehensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education and mentoring others
An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
Current NSW Working with Children Check
