So... what's the role about?
You'll be working together as a management couple, living onsite and looking after every aspect of community life.
One of you will naturally take the lead with administration, homeowner communication, events and community engagement.
The other will oversee facilities, contractor coordination, maintenance and ensuring everything continues to present to Lifestyle Communities' exceptionally high standards.
Neither role is about sitting behind a desk all day.
Neither is it about swinging a hammer all day.
It's about creating an environment where more than 170 households genuinely love living.
You'll become the people residents turn to when they need advice, reassurance, someone to organise a contractor,



help welcome a new neighbour or simply have a chat.
They're looking for exceptional people who can deliver an outstanding homeowner experience wherever they work. While Kaduna Park is the current opportunity, you'll become part of a much larger organisation with genuine long-term career opportunities.
What you'll be doing
Becoming the friendly face of the community
Building genuine relationships with homeowners
Coordinating contractors and maintenance
Looking after the presentation of the community and facilities
Organising resident events, newsletters and activities
Welcoming new homeowners and helping them settle in
Working closely with your Area Manager and support teams
Helping create a community people are proud to call home

How will I know if I'm their people?

Trade experience is certainly helpful.
Administration experience is equally valuable.
But neither is the deal breaker.
