The Fresh Collective are looking for casual waitstaff with basic bar skills to join the team at UNSW, The Lounge.

The Role
Mon-Fri at $***** per hour plus super
Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, productive and courteous manner
A la carte and bar service
Use the POS, entering orders and handling cash/card
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar's wine list, cocktail menu and food menu
Assist in opening and closing procedures
About You
Basic cocktail (follow recipes)




Basic barista skills with latte art
Passionate about customer service, experienced and motivated about working in a quick-paced busy environment
1+ years hospitality
A La Carte waitperson experience
A team player who can work independently
Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Have a valid RSA
Valid working rights in Australia
Available to work on Monday to Friday daytime and Tuesday from 10am to 3pm, Thursday evenings 9am to 7pm only
