Metal Fabricator (Multiple Positions Available)
Furphy Engineering is seeking experienced and skilled Metal Fabrication Tradespeople to join our growing production team. As a valued member of our organisation, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality fabricated products and ensuring the successful, safe, and timely completion of projects for our industry-leading customers.
Working within our highly skilled production setting, you will have the chance to utilise modern fabrication equipment, advanced machinery, and industry-leading processes. You will be supported by an experienced team of qualified tradespeople who bring a wealth of knowledge across complex fabrication, welding, and engineering projects.
The role will provide exposure to a diverse range of fabrication activities, including structural steel, stainless steel, and custom-engineered solutions, allowing you to further develop your skills while contributing to challenging and rewarding projects.

About you:
If you want to work in a clean, state of the art engineering workshop, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a team environment with great people, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate will have:
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or similar or equivalent industry experience
Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Experience in GTAW and/or GMAW welding processes
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
A high regard for workplace safety
