About the role:
As an
Applications Trainer,
you will develop and deliver engaging, user-focused training for end users across a portfolio of Residential Care applications. Provide expert support and education for core clinical systems, including
AlayaCare (Residential), MediMap, Pixalere
, and other associated platforms.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the Digital PMO Team, Applications Team, App Training Team, and Subject Matter Experts to develop explicit, concise and high quality end user documentation and training materials and effective delivery of end user training
First level support to Uniting AgeWell system users as required
Designing and facilitating training sessions to enhance user capability and system adoption
Supporting the implementation and optimisation of clinical applications within Residential Aged Care environments
Play a key role in supporting the users during times of system upgrades and/or enhancements with the preparation and maintenance of application documentation e.g. QRGs, FAQs, User Guides, videos and answering training related queries
Assist with any project work, typically software upgrades or implementations

Previous experience in design, delivery and assessment of both face to face and online training and/or education in a group setting
Extensive experience in systems training, including clinical systems
Experience and understanding of the Aged Care / Health Care sectors
Experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical applications learning material (developing user documentation, training materials including digital training – videos & eLearning)
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business
