THE JOB
Roughly 60% on site, 40% in the factory. The factory half is not filler. It is part of why this pays what it pays.
On site: you take the job from check-measure through to handover. You run the day, you sequence what happens, and when a wall is not square you make the call and we back it.
In the factory: cutting, edging, assembling.
You would report to Gus, co-owner. Factory leadership is being built and will be appointed on evidence, not from a resume.
WHAT YOU NEED

demonstrated experience running complete kitchen installs start to finish. We assess that at the practical, not by counting jobs.
The ability to scribe, level and pack a run in an out-of-square terrace, and stand behind the call.
Genuinely hands-on in a factory: cut, edge, assemble.
A current Australian driver's licence and a valid White Card.
The work involves regular two-person lifts, kneeling, overhead and ladder work. If you would like to talk about adjustments, just ask. We assess everyone on ability to do the job.
